Recurso 1

This project is a fusion between sports and visual technology to transform the experience of indoor soccer into an immersive digital spectacle. Produced by Cinemateli and broadcasted through TV Azteca’s channel 7, the project involved the development and deployment of real-time visual content for eight 4k resolution LED screens placed around the field (42m long x 22m wide), simulating the player’s participation in a digital game.

With a production timeframe of less than a month, two major challenges were faced: designing dynamic and attractive visuals, along with a coherent modern soccer aesthetic that was optimized for real-time functionality without compromising quality, performance nor entertainment.

Aimed at a broad audience, the project seeks to connect new generations with the traditional sport, offering a visual approach that captures both the attention of young people and the interest of adults, integrating digital spectacle with the passion for soccer.

The execution took place at the intersection of recreational, artistic, and sporting aspects, setting a precedent for the way we experience and consume soccer on a visual and sensorial level.
